About YARD Coffee & Craft Chocolate

YARD Coffee & Craft Chocolate is a cafe produced by Osaka’s long-established patisserie “Nakatanitei”.

The specialty coffee served in the modern Japanese style is served by Shigaraki ware, and you can also enjoy carefully selected chocolates and some of Nakatanitei’s sweets.

Also, because it is close to the station and has good access and lots of greenery, it is a place where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Location and appearance

The location is about a 5-minute walk from Tennoji Station, near the Chausuyama Tumulus.

The land pattern seems to be very nice (^^)

Specialty coffee and sweets

Now, let me introduce what I ordered this time.

Coffee (Costa Rica Ortega 600 yen) and creme au chocolat (520 yen)

The cup is Shigaraki ware shaped like a cafe au lait bowl, and it looks modern and beautiful!

It was so delicious that I couldn’t feel the slight acidity of yogurt in the chocolate that was smooth on the palate!

It was explained that coffee has aromas like cinnamon and apple pie, but I enjoyed the taste of coffee even more with the mellowness of creme au chocolat.

By the way, creme au chocolat is a popular dessert at Nakatanitei!

My husband ordered coffee (Ethiopian Gochichi 600 yen) and Gateau Basque (chocolate and custard pie 520 yen).

Coffee was described as having strawberry, red wine and floral aromas.

This pie I ate a bit was also delicious … And it goes well with coffee!

Of course, coffee and sweets alone are delicious for the leading role, but I enjoyed the food pairing of Nakatanitei’s sweets and coffee, and also felt a new taste!

The atmosphere is good and the energy seems to be high near the tumulus! ?? But I want to go again٩ (ˊωˋ *) و!
